Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mash 1 ripe banana.
  • Add peanut butter and mix together.
  • Add rolled oats and chocolate chips. Mix together.
  • Scoop onto silicone baking sheet and flatten into cookie shapes.
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Store in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
