How to make this cucumber and radish salad

  1. For the dressing, add all the ingredients and whisk to combine.  You can do this in the bowl you are planning on serving the salad.
  2. Slice cucumbers and radishes thinly using a knife or mandolin.
  3. Put the cucumbers and radishes in the bowl with the dressing.  Toss to combine.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to make it vegan
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the salad

  • 2 Persian cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup of radishes sliced

Instructions
