Yummy peanut butter and chocolate chips cookies madewith only 4 ingredients. Whip up a batchof these cookies in minutes whenever a cookie craving strikes.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash 1 ripe banana.
- Add peanut butter and mix together.
- Add rolled oats and chocolate chips. Mix together.
- Scoop onto silicone baking sheet and flatten into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Store in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
