This 3 ingredient strawberry ice cream is rich, creamy and sweet with bright strawberry flavour. It requires no egg, no cooking, no ice cream machine and it only takes 10 minutes to make!
This ice cream tastes like sweet strawberries and cream – a dreamy combination. Strawberries, evaporated milk and condensed milk are all the ingredients you need to make this frozen treat.
My kids love ice cream, frozen yogurt and popsicles even on a winter’s day. So I started coming up with recipes at home so I can try to make them healthier. Like these strawberry popsicles, blueberry banana frozen yogurt and vegan mango ice cream. They are all fruit based so it can count as one of the servings of fruit they need in their day!
This strawberry ice cream is perfect for an after school treat or even as a lovely dessert at the end of dinner. My kids love it in an ice cream cone or by itself in a bowl. If you prefer popsicles, this recipe would be perfect for that as well. Just pour the blended ingredients into popsicle molds instead.

3 Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream
Equipment
- High powdered blender
Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries
- 1 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup condensed milk depending on desired level of sweetness
Instructions
- In the blender, add strawberries and evaporated milk. For the condensed milk, start off with 1/4 cup and blend.
- Taste and add more condensed milk if you would like it sweeter. I used frozen strawberries which were quite tart so I ended up adding 1/2 cup of condensed milk. If your strawberries are sweeter, you may need less.
- Pour in an air-tight container and freeze until frozen.
- Allow to thaw for 5 minutes for easier scooping. Enjoy!
