How to make miso peanut butter sriracha noodles
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Boil the noodles until al dente.
- Stir fry the beef and set aside.

Miso Peanut Butter Sriracha Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons hot water
- Salt depends on how salty the miso is
- Chili oil if you would like it more spicy
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300 g thinly sliced beef
- Half an onion sliced
- 3/4 cup carrots julienned
- 3/4 cup green beans julienned
- 1/2 cup cremini mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 350 g Chinese wheat noodles or any noodles of choice like udon chow mein or even spaghetti
Instructions
- In a bowl, put miso, sriracha, peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and hot water. Mix well.
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Noodles should be al dente since we will stir fry it later.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Stir fry the beef until browned and set aside.
- Stir fry onion for a few minutes, then add carrots, green beans, mushrooms and garlic. Stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add noodles, sauce and beef. Stir fry and toss with tongs until well mixed. If the noodles are too dry and sticking together, you can add some water.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. You might need some salt or more soy sauce depending on how salty the miso is. If you like it more spicy, you can add some more sriracha or chili oil.
