This vegan mango ice cream just takes 10 minutes to make. Its dairy-free, full of healthy fruits and just a touch of agave syrup to sweeten it up.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions
 

  • In the blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Taste for sweetness and tartness, adding more agave syrup or lemon juice if desired.
  • Pour in an air-tight container and freeze until frozen.
  • Allow to thaw for 5 minutes for easier scooping. Enjoy!
