Vegan Mango Ice Cream
This vegan mango ice cream just takes 10 minutes to make. Its dairy-free, full of healthy fruits and just a touch of agave syrup to sweeten it up.

- 3 cups ripe mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
In the blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Taste for sweetness and tartness, adding more agave syrup or lemon juice if desired.
Pour in an air-tight container and freeze until frozen.
Allow to thaw for 5 minutes for easier scooping. Enjoy!
