Healthy Fudgesicles with Hidden Pumpkin and Banana
These creamy, chocolatey fudgesicles will satisfy any sweet tooth. Plus, they're actually good for you! Made with loads of pumpkins and bananas, they serve as part of your veggie and fruit in-take for the day.

- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 cups pumpkin steamed or canned pumpkin puree
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- 6 tablespoons condensed milk
Dice pumpkin and steam until soft. To save time, you can use canned pumpkin puree.
In the blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Taste the mixture and see if it’s the right sweetness for you. Add more condensed milk if you would like it sweeter. Note that the fudgesicles will taste slightly less sweet after freezing.
Pour in popsicle molds and freeze.
Optional: when you serve the fudgesicles you can drizzle them with condensed milk and toasted coconut flakes.
