Healthy Brownies
When you make these healthy brownies, you'll feel so happy and guilt free because they're filled with nutritious ingredients. Avocados? Bananas? Whole wheat flour? Yes, yes and yes. Yet you'll find yourself with a fabulously fudgy brownie with crispy edges and rich chocolate flavour!

- Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocadoes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
In a blender, add avocadoes, bananas, eggs, salt, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Blend to combine.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine.
Pour batter into an 8"x8" baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C or 350°F until lightly browned.
When the brownies are cooled completely (about 1 hour), cut into squares and enjoy!
