Wakame Seaweed Salad
This delicious wakame seaweed salad is a nutritional powerhouse that can be made in just 15 minutes! Its sweet and vinegary dressing has a nice kick with the addition of chili flakes.

- 1/2 cup dried wakame
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Soak wakame seaweed in cold water for 5 minutes to rehydrate. Rinse and drain well.
Julienne the cucumber.
To make the dressing, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes and sesame seeds.
Mix the dressing with wakame and serve.
