This matcha collagen latte is a perfect pick-me up in the afternoon. Not only does it have the super antioxidants from matcha, it also has collagen powder for skin, hair, nail and joint support.

- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons or follow the directions for one serving on the package of collagen powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup hot oat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of honey or your sweetener of choice
Add matcha, collagen and hot water to a cup. Whisk with milk frother or mini whisk.
1 tablespoon matcha powder, 2 tablespoons or follow the directions for one serving on the package of collagen powder, 1/4 cup hot water
Add oat milk, vanilla extract and honey. Taste and add more sweetener if you like.
