This matcha collagen latte is a perfect pick-me up in the afternoon. Not only does it have the super antioxidants from matcha, it also has collagen powder for skin, hair, nail and joint support.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons or follow the directions for one serving on the package of collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup hot oat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or your sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add matcha, collagen and hot water to a cup. Whisk with milk frother or mini whisk.
    1 tablespoon matcha powder, 2 tablespoons or follow the directions for one serving on the package of collagen powder, 1/4 cup hot water
  • Add oat milk, vanilla extract and honey. Taste and add more sweetener if you like.
    3/4 cup hot oat milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of honey or your sweetener of choice
