Homemade Strawberry Popsicles

  • Popsicle mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup whole sweetened yogurt. I like to use vanilla yogurt for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup hempseeds, optional.  I like to add them for an extra boost of nutrition.
  • 2 tablespoon honey. Can add more depending on how sweet you want it to be. Sometimes just the sweetness from the fruits and yogurt is enough.

Instructions
 

  • In the blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
    1 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana, 1/4 cup whole sweetened yogurt. Can add more depending on how sweet you want it to be. Sometimes just the sweetness from the fruits and yogurt is enough.
  • Pour in popsicle molds and put in the freezer.
