Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken wings

For the marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon gochuchang Korean chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp gochugaru Korean chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

For the coating:

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and marinade for 1 hour or longer.
  • On a plate, add all the ingredients for the coating and mix well.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with a light coating of cooking oil spray.
  • Coat the wings in the coating. In the air fryer, spread the wings evenly, leaving some space between each wing.
  • Spray the wings lightly with cooking oil spray.
  • Cook in air fryer for 17 minutes at 185°F or 365°C, flipping them after 10 minutes.
